Colto is a prominent kids’ digital development agency based in Italy, collaborating with diverse clients ranging from startups to global brands. We specialise in creating engaging digital play experiences for children, contributing to brand growth. Our services include research, digital strategy, and content development for mobile and web platforms.
The Office Assistant plays a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, spanning office management, HR tasks, administration, and accounting. This position also extends support to various team members, including contributions to product research, customer service, and event coordination.
- General Admin – Execute general administrative tasks, including online purchasing, adherence to health and safety norms, customer support, and event planning.
- Accounting – Collaborate with the company’s accountant for invoice management and expense report generation.
- HR – Liaise with the work consultant to oversee employee attendance and facilitate onboarding for both employees and freelancers.
- General Assistant – Provide overall support to the team, including research and updates to company documents.
- Translating – Assisting the marketing and production team with translating documents into German.
- Professional working proficiency in German and Italian, with a solid command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills, a keen learning attitude, and a willingness to assist others.
- Thrives in a small team environment and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Native-level German speaker with experience working in German markets.
